12月8日結束的世界知識産權組織“知識産權與遺傳資源、傳統知識、民間文兿政府間委員會”（IGC）第十次會議形成的決議確定，由秘書處就民間文兿/傳統文化表達和傳統知識這兩項議題的核心問題分别擬定一份問題單，作為今後討論的又一基礎。秘書處將對截至2007年3月底收到的來自成員國等方面的評論意見進行整理彙編，提供給下次會議。
因此，為了能够集思廣益，在擬定我國評論意見的過程中充分吸收國内有關方面的研究成果，現就該傳統知識問題單向局内外廣泛徵求意見。歡迎各界人士請於2007年2月28日前將意見和建議以信件、傳真或者電子郵件方式提交我司。
